It rained like all get out tonight.  In fact, it rained all day!  There is nothing like getting your run because you have to.  I'm sure people driving by were like "Idiot!" Done in 23:18.  Felt pretty good.

Done in 25:00.  Legs sore as expected but not nearly as sore as the days after New York.  Will use this week to take it easy and then start back on Higdon.  Rock on Hal!!!
